Type 450 mining cable<\/strong> is the composite-screened Class 1 option in the supplied high-voltage surface-mining group. Three semiconductive screened EPR power cores are paired with two elastomer-covered tinned earth conductors and one elastomer-covered tinned pilot. The composite screen uses tinned annealed copper and polyester yarn beneath semiconductive tape, and the outer build uses an extra-heavy XHD-85-PCP sheath with polyaramid braid.
