2YSLGCGOEU is a screened signal, control and bus cable for open-cast mining, conveyor systems, material handling and automation circuits. The supplied VDE sheet specifies paired cores, flexible stranded copper conductors, PE type 2YI1 insulation, EM2 inner and outer sheaths and a tinned copper braid screen. It names VDE 0250 Part 812 and DIN VDE 0295 and provides size data for 2 × 2 × 1, 5 × 2 × 1, 10 × 2 × 1 and 20 × 2 × 1 arrangements. Voltage, test, thermal and mechanical fields were added after the authorized cross-check of three public technical references for the same designation: 250/250 V rated voltage, 350 V peak maximum AC and DC operating voltage, 1.5 kV test voltage, 60 °C maximum conductor temperature, 150 °C short-circuit temperature, fixed service from −40 °C to +60 °C and fully flexible service from −25 °C to +60 °C. The reference set also identifies a 15 N/mm² tensile value and ±25°/m torsion value. Confirm the pair count, protocol or control function, route, movement duty, screening termination, marking, length and required test documents with TEBAOFLEX before quotation.

2YSLGCGOEU paired-core construction

2YSLGCGOEU is arranged as paired cores in layers with a continuous non-hygroscopic serving over the conductor assembly. The supplied drawing identifies flexible Class 5 copper conductors, PE type 2YI1 insulation, EM2 inner and outer sheaths and a tinned copper wire braid screen.
