UL 10485 wire selection
UL 10485 is a UL-certified PFA equipment wire rated 250°C and 600 V AC. This page covers small-gauge single-conductor constructions for internal appliance and electronic wiring, including separate solid and stranded 28 AWG options.
The dimension table runs from 30 AWG to 20 AWG with a nominal 0.20 mm PFA wall and a 0.15 mm minimum wall. Finished diameters, conductor construction and resistance at 20°C appear together so a buyer can check both electrical sizing and assembly fit. The conductor construction matters even where two catalogue rows show the same nominal finished diameter: a solid wire and a stranded wire require different handling and termination checks.
For a compact 600 V harness, start with the required conductor size and then review the available terminal opening and strip length. Include the conductor finish in the specification when the lead will operate close to 250°C. A temperature rating on the insulation cannot compensate for a terminal or adjacent component selected for a lower temperature.

For tight-clearance connections, use the agreed finished-diameter drawing: nominal conductor diameter and nominal wall values in the table do not always sum exactly to the listed outside diameter.
