NSHCGEÖU KON+ST+UL is a 0.6/1 kV monitored tunnel cable for mobile coal-cutting and loading machines operating under high mechanical load. The supplied technical specification describes three tinned-copper power cores with 3GI3 EPR and semiconductive rubber insulation, control and monitoring cores, a double concentric arrangement, a GM1b inner sheath, a flexible helix of tinned copper and galvanized steel wires, and a yellow or red 5GM5 elastomer outer sheath. The concentric phase-monitoring screen and overall concentric earth conductor support insulation-fault and damage monitoring when connected to suitable equipment. The source lists 3 kV main-core testing, 2 kV control-core testing, 90 °C conductor operation, 250 °C short-circuit temperature, fixed service from −40 °C to +90 °C and mobile service from −25 °C to +90 °C. NSHCGEÖU KON+ST+UL construction
