SiHFC Cable 180°C | Screened Silicone Cable
SiHFC / SiHF-C-Si is a 300/500 V screened silicone cable with Class 5 tinned copper, TCWB screen and −60°C to +180°C fixed temperature range.
SiHFC screened silicone cable for EMC-sensitive connections
TEBAOFLEX SiHFC Silicone Cable, also designated SiHF-C-Si, is a 300/500 V screened multi-core cable for connecting mobile electrical appliances without mechanical stress at elevated or low ambient temperatures. The supplied construction uses Class 5 flexible stranded tinned copper conductors, silicone-rubber insulation and inner/outer sheaths, plus a TCWB tinned copper wire braid screen for EMC-sensitive applications.
SiHFC is intended for fixed installation in mechanically protected conduits and for the stated appliance connections in environments such as steelworks. The supplied information states resistance of the insulation and sheath to most oils, greases, acids, lyes and oxidants. Final selection must confirm the route, movement, electromagnetic environment, termination, protection and applicable installation rules.
- Voltage: 300/500 V; test voltage 2 kV.
- Temperature: fixed −60°C to +180°C.
- Bending radius: fixed 5×D; flexed 10×D.
- Core range: 2 to 25 cores in supplied data.
Send the SiHFC or SiHF-C-Si core count, conductor size, length, route and documentation requirement for a technical quotation.
