Petroleum / Drilling / Refinery Cable Selection
TEBAOFLEX oil and gas resistant cables are selected for petroleum facilities, drilling packages, refinery units, offshore modules and fuel-exposed industrial routes where ordinary cable jackets can fail from oil, mud, vibration, abrasion, fire risk or chemical exposure.
For drilling skids, pumps, compressors, refinery distribution and offshore package power routes. Review current, voltage drop, sheath exposure and mechanical protection.
Type P Power 1CFor control panels, monitoring loops, IO systems and instrumentation routes where stable signals and rugged jacket construction are required.
Type P Control CableFor buyers searching solid pair cables for gas and oil, pair or triad construction should be matched to instrumentation, shielding and termination requirements.
Type P Signal OSRefinery, petrochemical and offshore projects often require flame, smoke, halogen or fire-performance review before cable approval.
Request Fire Rating ReviewPetroleum cable routes can face fuel, diesel, crude oil, drilling fluids, UV, salt air, vibration and temperature cycling in the same installation.
Marine & Offshore CablesFor VFD motor supply, confirm insulation stress, shielding, grounding and EMC needs instead of replacing the drive cable by name only.

The listed Type P product pages reference IEEE 1580, IEEE 45, UL 1309, CSA marine cable references and IEC 60332-3-22 Category A where applicable. Confirm the required edition and certification scope for the project.
Published constructions use soft-annealed stranded tinned copper, XLPO insulation and flame-retardant thermosetting CPE jackets, with armored and unarmored options for different routes.
Published product data includes 125°C operating temperature plus oil, moisture, sunlight and flame-retardant performance. Final approval must match the selected cable, installation method and exposure.

TEBAOFLEX supplies cable constructions for drilling rigs, refinery and petrochemical plants, offshore packages and other oil-and-gas routes. Start with circuit duty: Type P power cables for feeders and package equipment, Type P control and signal cables for panels and instrumentation, and Type P VFD cables for drive-fed motors. Pair and triad instrumentation and offshore options require a construction and documentation review at project level.
Before ordering, send the system voltage, conductor size, cores, pairs or triads, cable length and quantity, fixed, mobile or reeling duty, oil or mud exposure, shielding or armor, fire, smoke or halogen requirements, applicable standard, installation area and delivery destination. A cable marking, drawing or clear photo helps us check a replacement or custom construction.
