TEBAOFLEX is the industrial cable brand of Jiangsu Tebaoflex Special Cable Co., Ltd. We manufacture and supply flexible cables for mining, tunneling, marine, port, airport and industrial applications.

2. What data this website receives
Quotation and contact enquiries
When you use the quotation or contact form, the current form asks for your name, work email, company, WhatsApp/phone number, project requirement and, optionally, a specification, drawing, data sheet or product image. The form accepts PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, CSV, JPG, JPEG and PNG files up to 10 MB.
The form is configured with Contact Form 7 to send an internal notification email. That notification currently includes the submitted fields, the source page URL, the submission date and time, the visitor IP address, the browser User-Agent and any uploaded file. We use this information to review the request and reply to the enquirer.
Technical and usage data
When you browse the site, the hosting and WordPress stack may process technical information needed to deliver, cache, secure and troubleshoot pages, such as IP address, request URL, time, browser/device information, referrer and error or security events. This information is not used to create a public customer profile.
Cookies and measurement
The current site includes a Google tag and Google Site Kit event integrations for site measurement, including Contact Form 7 and Popup Maker events. These services may use cookies, identifiers or similar technical signals according to their own settings and documentation. The Contact Us popup currently sets a pum-236 preference cookie for one month after the popup is closed. Functional, caching, security and e-commerce components may also use technical cookies when their features are loaded.
External sites linked from this website, such as WhatsApp, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, process information under their own policies when you follow those links. This site does not receive the information you submit directly to those services.
3. Why we use the data

- To operate, secure, cache, maintain and improve the website and its enquiry tools.
- To understand page and form interactions through the current measurement configuration.

Depending on the circumstances and the law that applies, processing may be based on responding to your request, your consent where consent is required, our legitimate business interests, or a legal obligation.
4. Where the data goes
Contact Form 7 sends form submissions to the site administrator’s configured email recipient. The message and any attachment may therefore be present in the company email system and in the working records used by staff handling the enquiry. We do not intentionally publish enquiry submissions on the website, and we do not sell or rent enquiry information.
Website hosting, caching, security, email, measurement and other technical providers may process the relevant information as needed to provide their services. The current active WordPress installation includes Contact Form 7, LiteSpeed Cache, Google Site Kit, Rank Math, Elementor, Popup Maker and WooCommerce. A visitor’s data may be processed in a country different from the visitor’s country when those providers operate internationally.
5. Retention: what is fixed and what is not
Important operational fact: the current website configuration does not specify a universal number of days for retaining enquiry emails, uploaded files, hosting logs or measurement data. We do not publish a made-up fixed period.
Enquiry information and files are kept in the relevant company email and working records for as long as reasonably needed to review the request, prepare or support a quotation, manage related project communication, handle repeat enquiries, resolve disputes or meet legal and accounting obligations. When the information is no longer needed for those purposes, it should be deleted or anonymized from active systems. Copies in backups or provider systems may remain until those systems’ normal rotation or deletion process runs.
Hosting, cache and security-log retention is controlled by the relevant operational configuration. Google measurement retention is controlled by the applicable Google property settings. Those settings can change independently of this page, so we do not promise a specific Google or server-log period here.
If your organization needs a confirmed contract-specific deletion date for a quotation file, tell us when you send the request and we will review that requirement with you.
6. Information security
We use HTTPS and access controls appropriate to the website and enquiry workflow. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please send only the technical and contact information needed for your enquiry, and remove unrelated confidential or highly sensitive material from uploaded files.

Subject to applicable law, you may ask us to confirm whether we hold information about you, provide a copy, correct inaccurate information, delete information that is no longer needed, or explain and review a particular use. You may also object to or restrict processing where the law gives you that right.
