KYFLCY EMC flat festoon cable

KYFLCY is a flexible EMC flat cable for power and control circuits in festoon systems, hoists, transport equipment, machine tools, cranes and container cranes. Its flat parallel construction is intended for strong operational bending in one plane under medium mechanical stresses.

The supplied construction uses flexible stranded electrolytic copper, PVC core insulation, identified cores, an EMC screen with metallic braid and a flexible black PVC outer sheath. The screen is relevant where electromagnetic interference could affect the connected control or power system. The cable is listed for dry, humid and wet rooms, with an oil-resistant and flame-retardant PVC sheath reference.

  • Voltage: 300/500 V for sizes up to 1 mm²; 450/750 V for sizes from 1.5 mm².
  • Temperature: mobile −25 to +70 °C; fixed −40 to +70 °C.
  • Bend reference: approximately 10 × cable diameter.
  • Selection: confirm core layout, flat dimensions, screen termination, travel and support geometry.
