S07BQ-F cable for submersible motor pumps

TEBAOFLEX S07BQ-F is a 450/750 V unscreened cable for submersible motor pumps. Fine-wire bare-copper conductors, XLPE core insulation and a yellow PUR outer sheath form the construction described on this page. The size schedule covers ten configurations with 4, 5, 7 or 10 cores, including a green/yellow protective-earth conductor.

For a pump connection, the complete cable configuration matters as much as the model name. The selected cores must match the motor and auxiliary circuits, while the overall diameter must fit the pump entry and sealing arrangement. Compare the listed diameter and cable mass before confirming a replacement, especially where the route passes through a gland, guide or confined connection space.

The specification tables keep rated voltage, voltage-test data, temperature limits and bending requirements separate. They also identify the difference between fixed routing and flexible use. This helps an equipment buyer check the electrical connection and cable route together without treating a test voltage as a continuous operating rating.

Immersion depth, liquid-temperature limits and other application-specific parameters are provided after enquiry, based on the operating conditions. Share the liquid and pump duty to support that review. The stated operating-temperature range is not a separate water-temperature rating. An unscreened construction also needs to be checked against any motor-drive and electromagnetic-compatibility requirements.

Compare other constructions in our submersible pump cable range, then use the selected S07BQ-F size and installation details when requesting a quotation.

Construction

The yellow XLPE/PUR S07BQ-F construction combines flexible bare-copper conductors with individually insulated cores. The representative seven-core arrangement includes one green/yellow protective-earth core; it does not represent seven phase conductors.

Applications

Applications

S07BQ-F is intended for flexible electrical connections to submersible motor pumps. Select the conductor cross-section and circuit allocation for the motor and any auxiliary connections, then review the cable route and pump-entry seal.

Review the pump connection

  • Immersion conditions: immersion depth, liquid-temperature limits and other application-specific parameters are provided after enquiry, based on the operating conditions.
  • Cable entry: match the selected cable diameter to the pump gland or sealing assembly and provide suitable strain relief.
  • Routing: use at least 5 × cable diameter for fixed bends and 7.5 × cable diameter where the cable flexes. Avoid sharp edges and concentrated loads at the entry.
  • Mechanical support: use the pump's designated lifting and support arrangement. Do not lift or suspend the pump by its electrical cable.
  • Electrical selection: confirm the loaded cores, motor starting conditions, cable length and installation conditions when checking conductor size and voltage drop.

Unscreened cable and motor drives

This construction has no electrical screen. Where the pump is supplied by a variable-frequency drive, check the drive manufacturer's cable, grounding and EMC requirements before selection. A matching voltage and conductor size alone do not establish suitability for a drive installation.

Replacement information

Send the full S07BQ-F core configuration, cable length and pump operating conditions with the enquiry. Keep the 450/750 V rating and yellow XLPE/PUR construction together when comparing replacement options.

Core configurations, dimensions and weight

G indicates that the total core count includes a green/yellow protective-earth conductor. The number after G is the nominal cross-section of each conductor in mm²; for example, 7 G 1.5 means seven 1.5 mm² cores in total, including the protective-earth core.
