TEBAOFLEX 400Hz aircraft ground power cable for airport GPU systems, apron power supply, passenger boarding bridges and related ground support equipment. The SII 4x1x70 + 4×1 construction combines four 70 mm2 tinned extra-flexible power conductors with four 1 mm2 tinned control wires in a halogen-free, PUR-sheathed cable. It is intended for projects that need power and control functions in one flexible aviation ground-power cable. The reference construction is rated 600/1000 V, with a stated 207 A per phase at +30 C ambient temperature and a 388 mm minimum bending radius for quad conductors. The reference SII construction combines four power cores and four control cores under halogen-free PUR layers. The integrated control conductors keep GPU control or monitoring wiring with the power route, while the extra-flexible tinned conductors support handling around airport GSE and apron connections.
