Submersible pump data and control hybrid cable for Pump Connections
This submersible pump data and control hybrid cable combines four 0.5 mm² control conductors with two 22 AWG data pairs in one screened assembly. The cable family is rated 300/500 V and serves pump monitoring, control supply and network communication.
The two circuit groups remain electrically and mechanically distinct. The four outer control conductors provide a supply pair and a winding-temperature-monitor pair in the illustrated pump interface. A separately screened inner data cable carries the two network pairs. Its PE-insulated conductors sit inside a TPU sheath, with foil and braid shielding; a second overall braid surrounds the hybrid assembly.
Select the cable with the controller pin assignment, pair identification and entry dimensions in hand. The illustrated configuration has an approximate 13.5 mm outside diameter and an 81 mm bend radius in the equipment connection. Check the entry seal and the space for separating control and data cores before cutting back the sheath. Support the hybrid cable independently alongside the pump route.
The 24 VDC supply and the PTC monitor voltage describe device circuits, while 300/500 V describes the cable-family rating. Keep those values separate when specifying insulation, testing and terminations. Confirm the network interface and complete channel arrangement with the equipment drawing, including screen contact and the transition into the control cabinet.
- Identify supply, PTC monitoring and network pairs separately.
- Preserve both shielding levels through the specified termination.
- Coordinate the cable entry and control/data breakout with the equipment drawing.

Applications
This submersible pump data and control hybrid cable combines four 0.5 mm² control conductors with two 22 AWG data pairs in one screened assembly. The cable family is rated 300/500 V and serves pump monitoring, control supply and network communication.

| Selection point | What to coordinate |
|---|---|
| Supply pair | Control cores 1 (+) and 2 (−): 24 VDC device supply; 12–30 V FELV, maximum 4.5 W. |
| Winding monitoring | Control cores 3 and 4: PTC monitoring circuit, 2.5–7.5 VDC. |
| Receiving pair | White RD+ and blue RD− in the illustrated pump interface. |
| Transmitting pair | Yellow TD+ and orange TD− in the illustrated pump interface. |
| Breakout and screen | Prepare the data termination in the cabinet and preserve both screen contacts. No connector is included by the cable designation. |
Confirm immersion depth and the maximum permitted water temperature with the enquiry. Support the cable independently; use a separate mechanical system to lift the pump.
