12YHRDT11YH / RXP-D PUR reeling cable is designed for motorized reels exposed to high travel speed, acceleration, tensile load and torsion. It supplies power and control to transfer cars, lifting equipment, bulk-material machinery and automated parking systems.

The construction combines flexible Class 5 copper conductors with a central support element, short core lays and a compact double-sheath system. An embedded braid between the inner and outer sheath increases torsional stability, while the wear-resistant PUR outer layer protects the cable over rollers and during repeated winding. The cable is rated 0.6/1 kV for horizontal travel speeds up to 180 m/min. Minimum bending radii are 6 x cable diameter on the reel and 7.5 x diameter over rollers, with 20 x diameter spacing at S-type directional changes. The supported construction also controls cable stretch during vertical travel.

The wide temperature range supports moving service down to -40°C and fixed installation down to -50°C. Specify reel geometry, cable layers, speed, acceleration, route orientation, hanging length, tensile load, bend points, conductor arrangement and installed length with the enquiry.

Mechanical Load Path
