RP / RP-D PUR reeling cable combines a compact diameter with repeated-flexing performance for spring and motorized reel systems. The family is used for low-voltage control, power and combined circuits on equipment where drum space and cable weight matter.

Flexible Class 5 or Class 6 copper conductors, a short core lay and a wear-resistant polyurethane sheath support continuous standard-duty reeling. The cable operates on horizontal routes at travel speeds up to 80 m/min. Its minimum dynamic bending radius is 8 x cable diameter, with a 20 x diameter minimum spacing at S-type forced guide pulleys. The rated tensile loading is 15 N/mm². The compact profile also reduces drum size and moving mass.

RP covers broad power and control combinations, while RP-D includes composite arrangements for control, screened data or combined power and control. Typical applications include material-handling systems, ergonomic equipment and hoisting gear with small-to-medium lifting height and mechanical stress.
