TGFLSH and TGFLSH2G Flat Hot-Water Pump Connections
TGFLSH and TGFLSH2G are 450/750 V flat, halogen-free cables for hot-water submersible pumps and immersed electrical equipment under medium mechanical stress. Both use Class 5 tinned copper conductors with SIR silicone rubber insulation. TGFLSH has an EVA outer sheath; TGFLSH2G has an SIR outer sheath.
Select the sheath version before coordinating the pump entry. The two constructions have different conductor-temperature and flexible-use ambient limits, so the full designation matters when replacing a lead. Match the selected variant to the motor circuit, installation conditions and sealing materials.
A flat cable needs both height and width to fit the entry. Check the slot, sealing sleeve, clamp orientation and available bending plane together. Reserve separate fixed and flexible bend space, and support the cable independently from the pump lifting system. The flat arrangement is a geometry choice; the protective-conductor requirement follows the equipment drawing.
For industrial or well installations, include the actual water composition and treatment chemicals with the enquiry. Coordinate wet-to-dry transitions and termination space before choosing the installed length. Immersion depth and the permitted water-temperature limit are confirmed for the specified project. Use these cables in non-hazardous locations.
For TGFLSH or TGFLSH2G selection, explore the submersible pump cable range; for TGFLSH and TGFLSH2G entry planning, read the minimum bending radius guide.
Construction
The flat family uses parallel insulated conductors. Select the complete sheath version and the required protective-conductor arrangement.

Applications
Power connections to hot-water pumps and immersed electrical equipment in industrial, agricultural, indoor and outdoor supported installations under medium mechanical stress.

| Selection point | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Sheath selection | Choose TGFLSH with EVA or TGFLSH2G with SIR and use that variant’s conductor and ambient limits. |
| Entry geometry | Specify finished height and width, slot profile and seal compression for the selected flat construction. |
| Bending and support | Plan the flat-cable bending plane and support the cable independently from pump lifting equipment. |
| Water chemistry | State the actual hot-water composition and treatment chemicals for material selection. |
| Water service conditions | Confirm immersion depth and the permitted water-temperature limit with the project enquiry. |
| Location restriction | Not for explosion-hazardous areas. |
