The complete dimension table covers eight sizes from 30 AWG to 16 AWG. The nominal silicone wall remains 0.82 mm throughout that range, while the finished diameter increases from 1.95 mm to 3.14 mm. This makes it possible to compare conductor sizes without losing sight of the space needed around the insulated lead. Stranding is listed for each row to support terminal and stripping-tool selection.
Allow a bend radius of 10 times the finished diameter for the listed construction and check the route at the equipment entry. For a replacement lead, confirm that 150°C is the required grade rather than assuming every silicone wire has a 200°C rating. Installation flexibility should also be distinguished from repeated movement in service; moving machinery requires its own cable-duty assessment.
