C800 Extra-Flexible PVC Reeling Cable 0.6/1 kV
C800 extra-flexible PVC reeling cable is a compact 0.6/1 kV multicore cable for spring reels, extension reels and moving-machine wiring. It carries control, signal and power circuits where installation space and cable handling are the main design constraints.
C800 PVC reeling cable is built for compact spring-reel applications and machine wiring with restricted installation space. The multicore round construction can combine control, signal and low-voltage power circuits under a transparent PVC sheath.
Short conductor lays increase flexibility, while colour-coded cores remain visible through the outer jacket. An integrated rip cord simplifies sheath removal during termination. The cable is rated 0.6/1 kV for travel speeds up to 60 m/min. Minimum bending radii are 8 x cable diameter in dynamic movement and 3 x diameter in static installation. The operating range is -10°C to +60°C, with a maximum conductor temperature of 80°C.
C800 is suited to spring reels, extension reels and compact machine routes that do not use level-wind storage or repeated deflection pulleys. Dedicated cable mesh grips and spring shock absorbers protect the cable entry and transfer tensile load into the equipment.
