Complete surface-supplied commercial diver umbilicals (DUR06-ND 3-part, DUR05-ND1 / DUR06-ND1 2-part and DUR06H-ND 4-part hot-water umbilical), deep-sea hookah/narguilé excursion cables (REF 41136, CDUR-06) and monopiece diving bell umbilicals (REF 60480). Cabled in kink-resistant twisted or monopiece assemblies integrating 35 bar breathing gas hoses, 35 bar pneumofathometer hoses, +70 °C hot-water hoses, 250 V lighting/camera power, 4-wire voice comms and dual-mode 75 Ω coax + 100 Ω twisted-pair video.
Surface-supplied commercial diving and saturation bell operations depend on kink-resistant umbilical assemblies that combine breathing gas delivery, pneumofathometer depth measurement, hot-water suit heating and uninterrupted voice, video and lighting telemetry. The DUR06-ND, DUR05-ND1 (DUR06-ND1) and DUR06H-ND commercial diver umbilical series twists colour-coded hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane breathing gas (3/8" ID, 35 bar) and pneumo (1/4" ID, 35 bar) hoses with the Vectran-reinforced CDUR-06 14-core + 75 Ω coax data cable.
Because the integrated CDUR-06 electrical sub-cable houses two 1.0 mm² (17 AWG) lamp power cores, two 0.22 mm² (24 AWG) camera power cores, two 100 Ω shielded twisted pairs, one 4-core quad and one 75 Ω coaxial core under a 1,000 kg breaking-strength Vectran braid, a single umbilical simultaneously runs 4-wire diver communications, helmet light, solid-state depth sensor and either an unbalanced coax camera or a balanced twisted-pair camera.
With the pneumo hose air-filled, DUR06-ND (-34 g/m in seawater), DUR06-ND1 (-11 g/m) and DUR06H-ND (-5 g/m with 1/2" +70 °C hot-water hose) float positively to keep the line clear of seabed hazards. For deep-sea hookah interventions and saturation bells, the series also includes the 13.0 mm REF 41136 power/signal/KX6-coax cable and the 81.0 mm REF 60480 monopiece diving bell umbilical rated for ≥6,000 daN breaking load.

All dimensional, hydraulic pressure, buoyancy and electrical values are taken directly from the engineering specifications for DUR06-ND, DUR06-ND1 (DUR05-ND1), DUR06H-ND, CDUR-06, REF 41136 and REF 60480.
On CDUR-06, the black and red 24 AWG (0.22 mm²) camera power conductors feed the camera regardless of whether the balanced twisted-pair video channel or the unbalanced 75 Ω coaxial video channel (or both simultaneously) is connected.
Standard diver-end electrical breakouts on DUR06 series umbilicals can be supplied with RMG-4-FS (4-wire comms), MCIL4F (camera), MCIL2F (light) and MCIL3F (depth sensor) moulded whip terminations or custom connectors.
