FD 300/500 V PUR Servo Cable Family

The FD 300/500 V family groups flexible P and CP constructions for power chains, moving machine parts, measuring, control and automation circuits. FD05855 P is unscreened with TPE core insulation and a PUR sheath. FD30810 CP is screened, with PVC TI2 core insulation, a PVC inner sheath and a tinned-copper braid beneath a PUR outer sheath. FD95810 P is also unscreened and uses special PVC TI2 insulation, non-woven wrapping and a gray PUR sheath.

The shared purchasing intent is the FD 300/500 V servo and control cable family; the model rows are deliberately separate because their screens, materials, temperature ranges and bend radii differ. Use the exact marking, size table and movement conditions for the selected cable rather than choosing from the family name alone.

  • Choose P or CP: screened FD30810 CP serves a different EMC and grounding decision from the unscreened P models.
  • Compare the sheath: FD05855 P, FD95810 P and FD30810 CP do not share one layer sequence.
