(N)TSCGEW11Y 6/10 kV Shore Power Reeling Cable
(N)TSCGEW11Y is a 6/10 kV halogen-free shore-power reeling cable with power, pilot and optical-fibre elements.
(N)TSCGEW11Y 6/10 kV shore power reeling cable
TEBAOFLEX (N)TSCGEW11Y is a halogen-free high-voltage shore-power reeling cable for connecting a vessel to the main grid when berthed at a harbour quay. The supplied application covers high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) systems for ships at berth, including container vessels, and cable-crane or mobile-carrier systems for cruise-liner operation.
The supplied design combines three EPR-insulated main power cores, a ground conductor, screened pilot cores and a 12-fibre multimode optical-fibre element around a central support element. A double-layer thermoplastic inner sheath and TPU outer sheath support the stated reeling duty. Confirm voltage system, crane/reeling geometry, termination, tensile loading, vessel interface, fibre requirement and site approval before final selection.
- Rated voltage: 6/10 kV.
- Ambient temperature: fixed −40°C to +90°C; reeling −30°C to +90°C.
- Maximum conductor temperature: +90°C; short-circuit conductor temperature +200°C.
- Bending radius: fixed 6× cable diameter; free movement 10×; reeling 12×.

Applications
(N)TSCGEW11Y is supplied for vessel-to-grid connection at harbour quays in high-voltage shore connection systems. The stated applications include ships at berth, container-vessel on-board systems and single-operator cable-crane or mobile-carrier systems for cruise liners.
Use the application-specific reeling and tensile-load data only after confirming the actual crane, cable route and shore-power system design.
