SJOOW Cable 300V Portable Power Cable

SJOOW cable is a flexible 300 V junior-service portable cord for indoor and outdoor power connections exposed to oil, water, moisture, weather and repeated handling. The supplied construction uses fully annealed stranded bare-copper conductors, colour-coded 90 °C EPDM insulation and an oil-resistant jacket.
The designation helps identify its intended construction: S means service cord, J denotes the junior 300 V class, the two O letters indicate oil-resistant insulation and an oil-resistant outer jacket, and W identifies weather- and water-resistant service. The supplied range covers 18 through 10 AWG, with two-, three- and four-conductor colour schemes shown in the Construction tab.
SJOOW is used for portable tools, small motors, pumps, appliances, extension assemblies and temporary industrial power where a flexible 300 V cord is appropriate. It is not a direct substitute for a 600 V cord: compare the SOOW 600 V portable power cable when the circuit or equipment requires the higher voltage class. The 10 A value shown in Specifications belongs to the supplied 18 AWG, two-conductor example and must not be applied to every SJOOW configuration.
