(N)SSCHÖU-J cable is a 0.6/1 kV heavy-duty rubber flexible cable with Class 5 tinned copper phase and earth conductors, rubber insulation, TCWB tinned copper wire braid screen, rubber inner sheath and yellow rubber outer sheath. It is used where a motor supply cable must combine current-carrying capacity, protective earthing, EMC control and mechanical resistance in one construction.

The cable is particularly relevant for frequency-converter controlled drives, mining and tunneling equipment, drilling machinery, temporary power connections, material-handling systems and wet-duty routes.   5. Inner sheath: rubber compound bedding and mechanical separation layer.
