NTSKCGWÖU 0.6/1 (1.2) kV mining loader cable

TEBAOFLEX NTSKCGWÖU is a flexible mining loader cable for connecting material-handling machinery, including loaders, in mines and for related industrial applications. The supplied construction is designed around three power cores, one earth core and two pilot cores, with Kevlar reinforcement at the centre. It combines flexible class 5 tinned copper conductors, EPR insulation, a semi-conductive core covering, a 5GM5 internal and outer sheath system, and a polyamide anti-torsion braid.

The NTSKCGWÖU cable information supplied for this page identifies resistance to tear, impact, abrasion and torsion, together with flame-retardant, oil, UV, sunlight, ozone and weather resistance. These properties support demanding mobile mine-equipment routes, but the final selection must still account for the actual voltage system, machine connection, route, bending, tensile loading, termination method and local site requirements.

  • Stated use: mine loaders, material-handling equipment and other industrial machinery.
  • Core arrangement: three power, one earth and two pilot cores with central Kevlar reinforcement.
  • Temperature range: −50°C to +90°C.
  • Supplied configurations: 3×16 + 1×6 + 2×6P through 3×50 + 1×10 + 2×10P.

See the mining and tunneling cable range for related constructions. Send your NTSKCGWÖU core size, machine type, route, length, quantity and documentation requirements for an engineering-led quotation.

Construction

NTSKCGWÖU construction

The supplied NTSKCGWÖU construction places three power cores, one earth core and two pilot cores on a cradle separator with Kevlar reinforcement in the centre. Semi-conductive and anti-torsion layers support the stated mobile mining duty.

Applications

Applications

NTSKCGWÖU is supplied for the stated connection of material-handling machines, including loaders in mines, and for other industrial applications. The cable’s tear, impact, abrasion and torsion resistance are relevant selection factors where a mobile machine route is exposed to handling and contact conditions.

Selection checks

  • Confirm the loader voltage, power-core size, earth and pilot-core functions against the approved machine wiring schedule.
  • Check the route for bending, tensile load, crushing risk, heat, oil exposure and termination movement.
  • Use the supplied 4 × D bending-radius requirement and −50°C to +90°C temperature range within the project’s complete installation assessment.
  • State the requested NTSKCGWÖU length, marking, drum packing and test-documentation requirements with the enquiry.

Standard packing is 500 m on drums; other packing and delivery forms are available on request.
