What changes the quotation
Copper cross-section, flexibility class, covering compound, colour, finished length, terminals, connectors, marking, inspection, packing and order quantity all affect cost and lead time.

Arc-welder secondary cable selection
TEBAOFLEX supplies flexible single-conductor copper welding cable for arc-welder electrode leads and work-return leads. Start with the actual output current, duty cycle and total outgoing plus return circuit length. Then confirm acceptable voltage drop, conductor cross-section, ambient temperature, bundling, abrasion, oil exposure, flexibility and termination hardware. H01N2-D and H01N2-E are 100/100 V arc-welding cable types, with H01N2-E providing the higher-flexibility conductor class. WCT is a JIS-based welding lead family with a different designation route. Select the standard family before comparing size, covering compound, colour, lugs, connectors, length and quantity.
| Decision | Cable choice | Verify for this enquiry |
|---|---|---|
| Current and duty | Conductor cross-section | Actual welding amperage, duty cycle and permissible conductor temperature |
| Circuit length | Electrode plus return lead | Total circuit length and acceptable voltage drop |
| Designation | H01N2-D, H01N2-E or WCT | Project standard, flexibility class, covering and marking |
| Site conditions | Workshop or mobile route | Ambient heat, bundling, oil, abrasion, colour, lugs and connectors |

Provide welder output current, duty cycle, electrode and return lengths, required designation, conductor size if known, environment, colour, lug or connector details, quantity and destination.
Standards boundary: BSI lists BS EN 50525-2-81:2011 as current for 100/100 V H01N2-D and H01N2-E arc-welding cables. IEC 60245-6:2026 defines particular requirements for rubber-insulated arc-welding electrode cables within its scope. Neither source replaces the welding-machine manufacturer's sizing guidance.
